I tried the gym when I was 18, I stuck to it for about a year but I could still only bench 40KG for 1 rep. After covid, I decided to give it another go and after about 6 months I was frustrated. I was training HARD. So why couldn't I get results? It's because training hard is just the tip of the iceberg and I had no idea. From there on, I spent hours a day learning about how to gain muscle as FAST and efficiently as possible.

I have spent the last 6 months creating a product that is PERFECT. I have re-written scripts, re-recorded entire sections and 4 people have proof-watched each section before launching. There is NO WAY that you apply the techniques I teach without building muscle.

Going to the gym and putting the work in for dogsh*t results SUCKED and I don't wish that upon anyone. If you put in the work, you deserve the progress in my opinion. This is why, unlike PT's and social media influencers, I do infact have your best interest at heart.
